Terms and Conditions
1. A non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total course fee must be included with the course booking. There can be no guarantee of a course place unless this deposit is enclosed. Priority will be given to those who have paid their deposit.
2. Payment for course attendance must be received prior/commencement of the first day of the course in full.
3. In the event of you canceling with more than 10 working days notice before commencement date, then you will be entitled to a 50% refund only, excluding the deposit. However, this fee can be held as payment for any future course you may wish to attend.
4. In the event of you canceling with less than 10 working days notice before commencement date, you will not be entitled to any refund. However, this fee can be held as payment for any future course you may wish to attend.
5. In the unlikely event of Knightwood Training cancelling or re-arranging a course that you have booked and paid for, you will be entitled to a full refund.
6. In the event of you transferring to another course with less than 10 working days notice before the actual commencement date, a fee of £50.00 will be incurred to cover administration costs.
7. All the above prices quoted are subject to VAT and subject to change.
