Our Tutors have over 20 years experience within the Security and Hospitality Sectors. They are qualified, accredited and recognised for the subjects we instruct and are insured to that effect.
With Regards to Conflict Management, Control & Restraint and First Aid Training, we believe that we have significantly enabled our students to deal with Emergency situations. Many have credited us with helping them to avoid injury and even saving their own lives and the lives of others.
Daily we see the results of physical violence, threats, harassment and intimidation. The only way to deal with conflict and avoid violence of any type is through knowledge and training.
Our courses will change you and your staff in many ways giving you more skills and options to increase your personal safety, dealing with Emergency First Aid situations, and if you work in the night time economy we deliver the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders, which empowers you to authorise the sale of Alcohol by retail. With the courses that we deliver will increase confidence and due-diligence as regards to the Law, as will employee retention and morale.
